Some ATV's with integrated winch mounts or other brand winch mounts will only work with a 4-hole mounted winch because they do not also have the option to mount the standard 2-Hole mounted winches with the 3.100" bolt pattern. This is a converter mount that makes it possible to mount most 2-Hole mounted winches with a 3.100" bolt pattern to the ATV's or winch mounts that require the 4-Hole mounting pattern of 3.00" x 4.875" by vertically offsetting your winch. This mount is designed to work with most of the winches with the 2-Hole mounting pattern of 3.100" listed in the above images. It also requires a roller fairlead or hawse with a bolt up pattern of 4.875".
